How To Make Live OS (PE) on dvd - 1

How to make live os (also called PE - preinstalled environment) which can be installed and run from cd,dvd directly.
1] make iso of pe
2] install the bootloader to cd/usb

To make pe image of windows 7, there are two ways-

1. By microsoft ways, using WAIK(windows automated installation disc, software of 1GB)

2. Without WAIK, but it need Windows 7 to be installed in pc as os.
